The owner of this demense, the Gasparini family, were originally from the Orient. Distant echoes from here, that had such a strong influence on Venteian style can be seen in the marquetry of the inlaid wood mantel and the partititions of the lobby. Each of the 15 rooms at Hotel Villa Gasparini has been exquisitely designed and decorated in the 18th Venetian style, and boast original gold-shot silk curtains, luxurious damasks and rich red velvets. The en-suite bathrooms feature a Jacuzzi tub or crystal shower stall with italian accessories, hair dryer and heated tower rail. By car: A4 motorway Venezia-Milano, exit Dolo-Mirano, at the roundabout, take the 3rd exit signposted Mira, continue for 4 km to the end of the road, then turn right. Hotel Villa Gasparini is situated at about 1 km on the right. By bus from Venice (Piazzale Roma) or Padua (Piazzale Boschetti): Actv line 53E Venezia-Padova(or vice-versa) get off between Mira and Dolo in Cesare Musatti, Casello 12 bus-stop. By train: from Venice (or Mestre) or Padua trainstation take a regional train to Dolo station, where you will be met on request by a shuttle service.
