It is only necessary to cross the narrow street that separates the famous cultural center from the Palazzina to enter the GRASSI Bar and relax with a drink enjoying the unforgettable view of the Grand Canal. The interior - surprisingly - reveals a modern propensity - arising from a sudden exercise of abstract and contemporary taste - a carefully woven pattern of large modern spaces. A dynamic yet comfortable choreography of designer furniture and objects that - like icons of our time - become the setting for unexpectedly theatrical events. The common areas - the GRASSI Bar on the ground floor and the lounge area - consisting of a series of separate spaces with groups of sofas and chairs and conversation corners receive the guest with elements of design and pure geometries. White and grey - the natural color of the boiserie in wood alternate with the deep scarlet of the Venetian fabrics - proposed here in the coverings of the furniture or framed by the huge paintings. Even the lighting is original - creating a lovely atmosphere by hinting at Venetian glass chandeliers. An exclusive meeting room is at the disposal of the guests with secretarial services for working meetings and private reunions. From Marco Polo Airport Outside the exit of the arrivals terminal, there are 3 possibilities to arrive at our hotel: 1. by water taxi service available 24 hours from the dock situated 400 metres from the terminal exit (cost 80/90 Euros - time 30 mins.), ask the driver to arrive at the private jetty of the hotel 2. by public water transport (Alilaguna) available from the dock situated 400 metres from the terminal until the stop of San Marco. From here continue on Vaporetto Line n. 82 until the stop of San Samuele and for those Clients arriving after 22.00 hours, take Line n.1 until S.Angelo (cost 15 Euros - time 90 mins.) 3. by land with taxi or bus (ACTV - ATVO) until Piazzale Roma and continue with water taxi or Vaporetto Line 82 until San Samuele or for late arrivals (after 22.00 hours.), Line 1 until S. Angelo.

The design of this 18 sqm double room is extremely linear and modern - almost a geometrical abstraction. The inner spaces reflect only purity, everything is designed for relaxation: the white walls, the natural colour of the wood and the muted shades of the fabrics. Through doors and window openings one can enjoy views of the lagoon landscape as well as picturesque glimpses of typical Venetian plazas

Double room superior - DSU(Standard Room)

The design of this 25 sqm double room is extremely linear and modern - almost a geometrical abstraction. The inner spaces reflect only purity, everything is designed for relaxation: the white walls, the natural colour of the wood and the muted shades of the fabrics.
